Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1: PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is executed electronically between Swivel Cafe & Bakery ("Seller") and the individual purchasing products/services ("Buyer").

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation for the sale of products or services ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller.
ARTICLE 3: PRODUCT AND SERVICE INFORMATION
The Buyer is deemed to have accepted the product/service details provided electronically during the order process.​
ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT TERMS

The Buyer must complete the payment process upon order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely via credit card, debit card, or platforms such as Ä°yzico.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS

Delivery Time: Products will be delivered within [X] business days after order confirmation.

Return Terms: The Buyer may exercise the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Details regarding returns will be provided during delivery.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

In case of withdrawal, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
ARTICLE 7: GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement becomes effective upon electronic approval by the Buyer.

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees or Courts will have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 8: ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement becomes effective when electronically approved by the Buyer.
